Helpful staff and huge selection of ski and snowboard gear
Bought gloves for nearly $60 that felt warm in the store but were beyond useless on the slopes even with hand warmers. Selling high end gear with such a draconian return policy gets them 2 stars IMHO.

Ordered a used demo bike online. Specifically said that shipping would be free at check out. They called me after 2 days to say that they would need to charge me shipping. Also told me that they did not charge me tax and wanted to add more money on for that as well. I should not be responsible for their mistakes. If that's what it says on the website that's what they should've given me. Instead I had to cancel my order. They were not rude on the phone, but I would not recommend buying from them online.
