Purchased a pre owned bike from them through a third party website. The guys I dealt with at the shop when I called were very helpful and friendly. The bike was shipped in a timely manner, as quoted. I received the bike as expected, basically brand new, slightly used. I experienced 0 issues with Alpine Bike Works and am happy I did business with them.
